Making an Impact: Learn about Our Recent 2026 Mission Breakfast!
Ena Mcdonald, is a dedicated born-again Christian, a loving mother of three, and a proud grandmother of five. Driven by her passion for Christ and leadership, she pursued her religious studies at Emmanuel Bible College and Tyndale University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education (B.R.E.).
An ordained Pastor under the Evangelical Association, Ena has held numerous leadership roles within local churches. However, she recognized that her true gift and calling lay in serving the poor and disadvantaged—a passion that led to the founding of the Daughter of a Voice Mission.
Over the years, God has continued to strengthen her compassion for those in need, deepening her understanding of serving with humility and love. Her journey stands as a testament to her belief that true ministry extends beyond the four walls of the church and into the lives of the hurting. Through this mission, she remains dedicated to being a voice of hope and a vessel of God’s grace wherever He leads.
Rev. Diana Gillespie is a devoted Christian, proud mother, and ministry leader. She earned a Bachelor of Christian Counselling (Bcc) and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University. Her leadership experience includes small group ministry, outreach, missions, and clinical counselling.
As Executive Director of Daughters of a Voice Mission, Diana serves alongside her Mother and Founder Rev. Ena Mc Donald. She’s committed to providing practical support, spiritual encouragement, and hope to those in need. Diana is deeply passionate about God’s healing and the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those she serves. Diana connects and serves her community through, Daughter of a Voice Mission.
